This course is ideal for parents who wonder what to do when their child seems scared, worried, or anxious. It is a self-paced, 4-session class that includes viewing a "Chalkboard" presentation, completing brief "assignments" asking you to reflect on apply the material to your specific family situation, and a brief quiz. Course notes and supplemental materials can be downloaded and printed for your use.
